Dr. Eddie Molloy, Consultant, Advanced OrganisationDr Eddie Molloy, Consultant, Advanced Organisation
Dr. Eddie Molloy has over 40 years’ experience as an independent management consultant, specializing in strategy, large-scale change and innovation. He has worked across all sectors both in Ireland and around the world. His first degree was in philosophy, followed by post-graduate qualifications in clinical psychology, industrial psychology and organisational behaviour. His doctoral thesis is on stages of adult character development and the implications for organisations. He was one of two outside members of the 2003 committee chaired by Paddy Mullarkey, former Secretary of finance to update the system of accountability of Accounting Officers and Secretaries General. He also updated the Top-Level Appointments Committee (TLAC) and was a member of the Commission on the Future of Policing in Ireland. He is Hon. Consul General for Barbados in Ireland.

Amanda Shantz is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Trinity College Dublin, Amanda held academic positions in Canada, France, and the United Kingdom. Amanda completed her doctoral degree at the University of Toronto, received her master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and her undergraduate degree from McGill University. Amanda’s research interests include human resource management, employee engagement and volunteering. Amanda recently won the 2019 Richard Beckhard Memorial Prize from MIT Sloan Management Review, for her co-authored paper, "Building an Ethically Strong Organisation”.

Dr. Jack Poulson is the founder of Tech Inquiry, a non-profit focused on amplifying the voices of concerned tech workers and members of civil society over those of tech executives and lobbyists. He previously worked as a Senior Research Scientist in Google's Research and Machine Intelligence division, which he publicly resigned over the company's refusal to clarify its stance on proactive censorship and surveillance of human rights and dissent within Project Dragonfly. He has also served as an Assistant Professor of (applied) Mathematics at Stanford University.

Dr Wim Vandekerckhove, Reader in Business Ethics, University of GreenwichDr Wim Vandekerckhove, Reader in Business Ethics, University of Greenwich
Dr Wim Vandekerckhove holds a Phd in Applied Ethics from Ghent University. He is now Reader in Business Ethics at the University of Greenwich. His books include Whistleblowing and Organisational Social Responsibility (Ashgate/Routledge), Ethics in an Era of Globalisation (Ashgate), Questioning Cosmopolitanism (Springer), Responsible Investment in Times of Turmoil (Springer), Labor and Global Justice (Routledge), and just off the press is The Whistleblowing Guide: Speak-Up Arrangements, Challenges, and Best Practices (2019, Wiley). Wim has provided expertise on whistleblowing to various organisations, including Council of Europe, Transparency International and Public Concern at Work. He currently chairs a working group within the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO TC309/WG3), developing the international standard for whistleblowing arrangements.

Justice John Hedigan was called to the bar in 1976 and had a wide-ranging practice as a barrister. He became a Senior Counsel in 1990. In 1998 he was elected a Judge of the European Court of Human Rights. In 2007, he was appointed a Judge of The High Court and returned to Ireland. In 2016 he was appointed to The Court of Appeal. He retired from the bench in 2018. Judge Hedigan is an honorary bencher of Kings Inns, is Judge in residence in DCU and is chair of the National Archives Advisory Council and a member of the Judicial Council of the International Association of Law Schools. He was appointed as Chair of The Irish Banking Culture Board in January 2019.

Caoimhe de Barra was appointed CEO of Trócaire in August 2018. From May 2015 - July 2018, Caoimhe was Country Director for Concern Worldwide in Malawi. From 2011 - 2015, Caoimhe was Director of Trócaire's International Division. Caoimhe lived in Mozambique from 2007 - 2010, working as Assistant Regional Manager for Southern Africa with Trócaire. Caoimhe has also worked as Policy and Advocacy Coordinator, Advocacy Officer and Campaigns officer in Trócaire, which she first joined in 1997. Caoimhe's key strengths lie in strategic leadership and change management. She has technical expertise in areas including Governance & Human Rights, Gender Equality, Resilient Livelihoods and Humanitarian Preparedness and Response.

Vivian Geiran, CEO, Probation ServiceVivian Geiran, Director, Probation Service
Vivian Geiran was appointed Director of the Irish Probation Service in August 2012. He joined the Probation Service, as a Probation Officer in 1987 and filled a variety of roles at different levels, up to his appointment as Director. Vivian is a registered social worker, and prior to joining the Probation Service, worked as a local authority social worker in Dublin. He is a member of the Parole Board, represents Ireland on the International Penal and Penitentiary Foundation (IPPF), and during 2016-2017 chaired the Council for Penological Co-operation (PC-CP) of the Council of Europe.

Kate Kenny is Professor in Business and Society at NUI Galway. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Phd from Cambridge University. Kate has held research fellowships at the Edmond J. Safra Lab at Harvard University and Cambridge's Judge Business School. She has researched whistleblowing in organisations since 2010, with projects funded by Harvard, the UK's ESRC and ACCA, British Academy and Leverhulme Trust. Her book Whistleblowing: Toward a new theory, is published by Harvard University Press in 2019. A second book The Whistleblowing Guide: Speak-up Arrangements, Challenges and Best Practices, co-authored with Wim Vandekerckhove and Marianna Fotaki, launches in October 2019.

Gráinne is the founder and senior consultant of GMJ Associates, which provides guidance to Irish businesses on responsible business practice. Her work includes development of corporate responsibility strategy, non-financial reporting and report assurance, development and implementation of ethical compliance programmes and protected disclosure policies. Gráinne also lectures on Corporate Responsibility to MBA students in Trinity College Dublin and Griffith College Dublin.

Malika Aït-Mohamed Parent is an international anti-corruption expert, lecturer, speaker, auditor and investigator, committed to developing and supporting processes for better governance including transparency and integrity as well as the prevention and control of fraud and corruption. She is an elected member of the UNHCR Independent Audit and Oversight Committee (IAOC), as well as the ILO Independent Oversight Advisory Committee (IOAC). She has 30 years of experience in the humanitarian sector and has actively contributed to strategic development; policy creation & implementation; network empowerment and compliance enforcement. She has worked in over 90 countries on all continents.

As Managing Director of Ellis Seabrook Limited, Jane is a senior manager, director, corporate governance consultant and legal adviser. She works across the world with clients, stakeholders and international organisations in areas of corporate governance, whistleblower protection, anti-corruption, risk management, competition law and business ethics. Jane presents and publishes widely on anti-corruption; whistleblower protection; business and human rights; and diversity in the workplace. She is a published author of Corruption, Social Sciences and the Law: Exploration across the disciplines, that takes a multidisciplinary approach to bribery and corruption.
